About the Products
All of the art prints are made to order reproductions of original watercolor paintings scanned at 300dpi or higher. Although slight variance does exist from the original, I do my best to ensure consistency by regularly conducting ink tests to ensure the colors of our prints match the real painting as closely as possible. Please note that the images on your screen may vary slightly in color from the actual print.
All full priced Original Paintings ship FREE via Priority with tracking within the US. Please select the Standard Shipping option during checkout and you will be automatically upgraded.
All orders outside of US $250USD and over will ship free via USPS International.
Unless otherwise stated in listing, orders ship within 3-5 days. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-12 days to arrive if you are in the US. Expedited shipping methods are available. Processing time may take slightly longer during November and December due to busy holiday season.
International orders will be packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days and the delivery timeline will vary by country and carrier. Please contact us directly if rush delivery is needed. Thank you for your support and patience.
Receipts for your order won't printed with your package unless it is requested during checkout. You should receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your order should you need to contact us with any questions.
I hope you are always satisfied with your order, but I know things happen. If the product arrives in a damaged condition, it can be replaced for you free of charge or for an issued refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged goods and I will replace them as soon as I can upon inventory availability.
For returns due to any other reason, please initiate the return within 14 days from receiving the product. However, the original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.
For Original Paintings & Commissioned Art: All purchases are final.

Can you send an order as a gift?
Yes! Many of our products make great gifts for friends and family. To do so, simply leave a note during checkout with:
1) Recipient name
2) Sender name
3) Sender message (optional)
I don't currently offer gift wrapping service.
Do you accept commissions?
